About Joey James Salehi

Multimedia artist Joey James Salehi is a creative director, photographer, and video director. Born and raised in Los Angeles, he spent several years in production at MTV News and other production companies until he propelled his way into art direction and production design. His unlimited love for art and design instinctively developed into photography and direction.

From art installations at Miami Art Basel to concept photography for Lady Gaga, Kim Petras, Allie X, and Tayla Parx, Joey’s talents are recognized, and his range is undeniable. V Magazine, Paper Magazine, Galore Magazine, and Teen Vogue have all featured his work. Recently, he directed a flash mob experience at LA’s famed Paul Smith store and unveiled his largest artistic installation to date at the renowned Showfields department store in NYC. His fluid range in music video work for Eleven7Four and Jucee Froot truly showcases that Joey’s work can be bold, subtle or anything in between, but it’s always true to the client and project.
